This gentle gathering will begin with a guided mindfulness meditation to center the body and mind, followed by an intentional journaling exercise to reflect, release, and set meaningful intentions.

Held in the warm, welcoming space of Marigold Market, this experience invites you to pause from the noise of daily life and engage in quiet self-reflection alongside community.
