Lift With Purpose: Strength Series

Join us for a women’s strength training series at Gainz Fit, led by Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Needah K CPT. With over 10 years of strength training experience and a background as a competitive powerlifter, Needah is passionate about helping women build real, lasting strength while feeling confident in and out of the gym.

This program is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift with purpose, understand their bodies, and feel empowered in a supportive, girls-only environment.

The Classes include 45-minute guided workouts (7–8 PM), each focused on a different muscle group to help you build strength progressively and confidently.

This week will be focusing on Back, Biceps, and Core functional work!

✨ Beginner-friendly, form-focused training
✨ Intentional movement rooted in confidence and growth

This isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a stronger version of yourself.
