Lift With Purpose: 4-Week Strength Series - WEEK ONE

Join us for a 4-week women’s strength training series at Gainz Fit, led by Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Needah K CPT. With over 10 years of strength training experience and a background as a competitive powerlifter, Needah is passionate about helping women build real, lasting strength while feeling confident in and out of the gym.

This program is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift with purpose, understand their bodies, and feel empowered in a supportive, girls-only environment.

We’ll kick off on April 2nd with a special 2-hour educational workshop (7–9 PM) where you’ll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, proper form, and the importance of strength training—especially as Muslim women prioritizing their health and amanah over their bodies.

The following weeks will include 45-minute guided workouts (7–8 PM), each focused on a different muscle group to help you build strength progressively and confidently.

This week will be focusing on lower body!

✨ Girls-only space — hijabs can be removed
✨ Beginner-friendly, form-focused training
✨ Intentional movement rooted in confidence and growth

This isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a stronger version of yourself.
