I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about walking alongside individuals on their healing journey. As a Muslim mental health therapist, I honor the role that faith, culture, and community can play in emotional well-being, and I thoughtfully integrate clients’ spiritual values into therapy when desired. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, and life transitions such as separation or divorce.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, narrative, trauma-informed, and solution-focused modalities. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self.
